All products listed on The Silent Market are digital goods. Upon order approval, access or delivery is provided through the platform. We do not ship physical goods.
Order approval times vary. We aim to review and approve all orders promptly, but do not guarantee specific delivery windows. Once an order is approved, the transaction is considered complete.

The Silent Market accepts cryptocurrency payments only. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the funds used and that the transaction is legitimate.
All prices are displayed in USD equivalent. Cryptocurrency amounts are calculated at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated outside of our platform will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may be reported to relevant fraud prevention services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. TSM staff will never ask for your password.
Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via the ticket system.
All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any product will meet your specific requirements or be free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Silent Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — any product or service on this platform.
You assume full responsibility for how you use any product purchased from TSM.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its members.
Upon termination, your access to all purchased products and services will be revoked. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the platform — specifically your email address and username. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Payment transactions are conducted in cryptocurrency and do not require us to collect financial information beyond your provided wallet or transaction reference.
We may retain logs of account activity for security and fraud prevention purposes.
For any questions regarding these Terms, or to raise a dispute, use the built-in support ticket system available inside your dashboard after logging in. All formal inquiries must be submitted through the ticket system to be considered valid.
The Silent Market sells digital goods. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final by default. We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, or no longer need the item.
Refunds or replacements are considered only in cases where a product is verifiably non-functional at the time of delivery — and only when the video proof requirement has been fully satisfied.

Where a claim is approved, we will determine at our sole discretion whether to issue a replacement of the same product or a store credit. Direct monetary refunds to your crypto wallet are not guaranteed and are issued only in exceptional circumstances.

All claims must be submitted through the ticket system inside your dashboard. Do not attempt to contact staff through any other channel — claims submitted outside the ticket system will not be processed.

Attempting to submit fraudulent refund claims, manipulated video evidence, or repeated bad-faith claims will result in immediate and permanent account termination with no refund. We take fraud seriously and reserve the right to report bad actors.
